Do You Go To Bed Angry Too?
My two children are three and six months old.
Bed time takes about two hours.
I then have around one and a half hours to myself to wash up, express breast milk, do admin on my business, create a social post, draw, chat to people on social media, correspond with friends, sort washing and wind down.
This is impossible in 1.5 hours.
So I usually go to bed angry (anger is my stress response).
How do I stop the anger?
